Gretchen Simpson: Preferred Team

Having lived in Florida for over 40 years, I consider myself a Florida native. My "careers" consist of teaching high school English, then later becoming a home furnishings rep covering the state of Florida. This illustrated two truths to me. Traveling for work is not glamorous,and navigating the traffic of South Florida and the lonely highways through the center of the state made me realize what a gem we have in this beautiful area. To me, the challenge of a real estate career represents the best of all possible worlds. Buyers and sellers have unique and specific needs, but the 3 keys in assisting both are knowledge of comps and current listings, combined with daily updates on the MLS, constant communication, and relentless follow up. The skills I acquired in my earlier lives combined with my long term familiarlty with this area help me assist all my clients in a knowledgeable and professional manner. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, gardening, and golf. Due to my husband's patient instruction, I now understand (mostly) and enjoy college football and basketball.
